What counts as a small move?
Small apartment moves (studios, one-bedrooms, and small two-bedrooms) and single-room moves. If you're moving one room or a few pieces, that's a small move to us.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
You tell us what you're moving and where it's going. We send you a single total price up front, and that's what you pay. No hourly meter and no surprise charges on move day.
Do I need to pack my own boxes?
You can pack everything yourself, or we can help. We also have boxes, tape, and packing supplies available - just let us know what you need in your quote request.
Can you move me within the same building?
Yes. Moving between apartments in the same building, or up and down a few floors, is a small move we handle all the time.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially around the start and end of the month. Send a quote request with your preferred date and we'll work around your schedule.
